Mr. Cee’s Auto Glass provides professional vehicle windshield repair and replacement services. All services are performed by certified auto glass technicians in accordance with industry safety standards.
 

2. Service Estimates & Pricing
 

• All online or over-the-phone estimates are preliminary and based on the vehicle information provided by the customer.

• Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection of the vehicle's glass damage.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the vehicle’s actual make, model, or glass specifications differ from the initial request.
   

3. Customer Responsibilities & Vehicle Condition
 

• The customer must provide accurate vehicle information (Year, Make, Model, and any specialized glass features like rain sensors or lane-departure warnings).

• The customer certifies that they are the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization from the owner to permit glass repair or replacement services.

• Mr. Cee’s Auto Glass is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, including but not limited to rust, structural decay around the pinchweld, or mechanical failure unrelated to the glass installation.
   

4. Professional Affiliations & Standards
 

Our technicians operate under the safety guidelines established by our industry affiliations, including the Auto Glass Safety Council, the National Glass Association, and the National Windshield Repair Association.
 

5. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Cee’s Auto Glass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.
 

6. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts located in Manassas, Virginia.
